摘 要:目的了解鞍山市售蔬菜农药残留情况。方法采用气相色谱法对鞍山市售蔬菜中有机磷类、有机氯类、拟除虫菊酯类及氨基甲酸酯类农药进行检测。结果 2012年检测的70份蔬菜样品中,检出农药残留样本41份,总检出率为58.6%,农药超标样本3份,总超标率为4.3%。检测的23种农药项目中,有4种农药残留检出,分别是毒死蜱、克百威、灭多威和氯氰菊酯。不同种类的蔬菜农药检出率不同,其中叶菜类检出率最高,为76.0%。2013年检测的120份蔬菜样品中,均未检出农药残留。结论从这2年的监测结果来看,蔬菜农药残留率有下降趋势,但仍需继续监测,建议加强农药使用基本知识和农药残留危害的宣传,从源头上杜绝高毒、高残留农药的生产销售和使用,并进一步加强销售环节中农药残留监管监测的力度。Objective To investigate pesticide residues in vegetables from Anshan markets. Methods By gas chromatography to detect organophosphate,organochlorine,intended pest esters and carbamate pesticides on vegetables from Anshan markets.Results 70 servings of vegetables samples were detected in 2012,pesticide residues detected in 41 samples,with a total detection rate of 58. 6%,3 copies were excessive pesticide samples,the total exceeded the rate was 4. 3%. Among 23 kinds of pesticide testing program,there were four kinds of detected pesticide residues,respectively chlorpyrifos,carbofuran,methomyl and cypermethrin. The pesticide detection rates of different types of vegetables were different,where highest detection rate was76. 0% of leafy. Pesticide residues were not detected in the 120 vegetable samples in 2013. Conclusion From the two- year's monitoring results,the rate of pesticide residues in vegetables is on a downward trend,but still needs to continue to monitor.And propose to strengthen propaganda for the basic use knowledge of pesticides and pesticide residues harm,so as to eliminate production and sales of highly toxic pesticide residues from the source and use,and to further strengthen the supervision of the sales cycle pesticide residue.
