摘  要:目的了解鞍山市街头流动餐饮中氨基甲酸酯类农药的残留情况。方法利用GC-MS技术,对街头流动餐饮中的残杀威、克百威、甲萘威3种氨基甲酸酯农药进行了定性及定量分析。结果本次研究采集咸菜、土豆丝、生菜等共30份进行检测,检出率为3.33%。该方法对3种氨基甲酸酯类农药的回收率为91.3%-102.8%,RSD为3.23%-5.26%,线性相关系数〉0.997 8。结论实践证明,本方法简便、快捷、选择性好、灵敏度高,回收率高,检测限低,符合分析要求,适合流动街头餐饮中氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的检测。Objective Understand the residue of pesticide mobile street food in Anshan City. Methods Using GC- MS,three kinds of carbamate pesticides,propoxur,carbofuran and carbaryl,in mobile street food were identified and quantified for analysis. Results The study collected pickles,silk potatoes,lettuce and other 30 samples detected,the positive rate was3. 33%. The recovery was 91. 3%- 102. 8%,RSD was 3. 23%- 5. 26%,the linear correlation coefficient was greater than0. 997 8. Conclusion Practice has proved that this method is simple,fast,good selectivity,high sensitivity,high recovery,low detection limit,in line with the requirements analysis for detecting the flow of food in the streets of carbamate pesticide residues.
