摘 要:目的:探讨肱骨外科颈骨折患者自主性健康教育的应用效果。方法:按病区区间将肱骨外科颈骨折患者分成2组,对照组采用阶段性健康教育,观察组在此基础上结合自主性健康教育。结果:观察组对疾病相关知识知晓率(96.59%)好于对照组(75.00%),健康教育质量满意度(95.45%)高于对照组(76.32%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自主性健康教育能够有效补充阶段性健康教育的不足,提高肱骨外科颈骨折患者对疾病知识知晓率及健康教育质量的满意度,促进患者康复。[Objective]This study is to explore the effectiveness of active patient involvement in health education,through self-learning from educational posters and similar channels.We focus on patients with fracture of surgical neck of humerus.[Method]The random assignment of patients with surgical neck of humerus is based on the location of hospital beds.Patients in the control group are enrolled in a standard staged health education program;while patients in the observation group,in addition,are exposed to active involvement program,such as educational posters.[Result]First,on awareness of disease related knowledge,the observation group outperforms the control group significantly(96.59% vs.75.00%).Second,the satisfaction rate for health education programs is much higher for observation group comparing with control group(95.45% vs.76.32%).[Conclusion]Active patient involvement can effectively supplement the more standard staged health education program.It improves the patients' disease specific knowledge and their satisfaction of health education programs,thus help to promote the patients' healing process.
