摘  要:天然β—胡萝卜素与植物中的类胡萝卜素有近似的组成。β—胡萝卜素用于食品着色剂和补充人体所需的维生素A。同时,天然β—胡萝卜素更有防治癌症的功效,天然β—胡萝卜素不仅着色效果好,另外在医疗保健方面亦有着广阔的应用前景。文章根据不同的使用要求,用不同的工艺分别制备天然β—胡萝卜素油溶液和天然β—胡萝卜素晶体。前者以6号轻汽油加少量植物油为溶剂直接萃取经过脱水的盐藻,萃取率为90%以上,(类似于从黄豆中提取植物油),后者以石油醚为溶剂,萃取率在90%以上。Natural β - carotene from D. Salina and caroteuoids in plants have similar compo- nents. β - carotene supplements for food coloring agents and the human body needs vitamin A. Meanwhile, more natural β - carotene has cancer prevention effect. Natural β - carotene has not only good coloring effects, but also has broad application prospects in medical care. According to different requirements, different processes were prepared with natural β -carotene oil solution and natural β - carotene crystals. The former used 6 light gasoline plusing a small amount of vegetable oil as direct solvent extraction to dehydrated salina, which extraction rate was over 90% (similar to a vegetable oil extracted from soy). The later used petroleum ether as solvent, which extraction rate was over 90%.
