摘  要:为了提高线路的运行可靠性,对带电更换±800 kV直流输电线路耐张塔长棒形瓷绝缘子的方法进行探讨。提出带电更换耐张塔长棒形瓷绝缘子的作业方法,并对作业方法的安全性进行全面分析、验证。对承力工具受力进行计算分析后,研制出整套作业工器具。现场实践证明,提出的作业方法及研制的工器具安全可靠、操作便捷,成功实现了带电更换±800 kV普侨直流输电线路耐张塔长棒形瓷绝缘子,对提高特高压直流带电检修技术及提升电网可靠率具有重要的意义。In order to improve the operation reliability of line,the live-line replacement method of long rod porcelain insulator in strain tower of ± 800 kV DC Transmission line is discussed.The working method of the live-line replacement of long rod porcelain insulator in strain tower is proposed,the safety of which is completely analyzed and testified.A set of tools are developed after the force calculation analysis of bearing tools.Field practice proved that the working method proposed and tools developed are safe,reliable and easy to be operated,which successfully realizes the live-line replacement of long rod porcelain insulator in strain tower of ±800 kV DC Transmission line and has important significances to the improvement of the live-line maintenance technology of EHV DC and the power grid reliability.
