摘  要:随着炼油化工技术的发展,与之相适应的承压设备的检验、维护技术也日新月异,为了提高石化企业的生产效率,实现装置长周期运行,必须打破当前传统检验制定装置承压设备检验周期的约束。合肥通用机械研究所特种设备检验站通过10多年来在近700余套石化装置开展基于风险的检验(RBI)工作,研究并提出了基于风险的石化装置承压设备检验优化技术,通过对装置全寿命过程统筹规划,解决了企业长周期运行与定期检验相矛盾的问题。To improve the production efficiency and achieve a long-term operation in the petrochemical in-dustry,the traditional periodical inspection scheme is not that suitable in determining inspection cycle and inspection methods,cause the inspection methods and maintenance technology of pressure vessels is chan-ging fast along with the development of oil refining and chemical technology.Hefei General Machinery Re-search Institute of Special Equipment Inspection Station spend nearly 10 years to carry out Risk Based In-spection(RBI)work in more than 700 sets of petrochemical plants,summarized and proposed risk-based optimization technology of pressure equipment inspection in petrochemical plant,according to the needs of long-term operation,an optimal Inspection program which is based on the whole life overall planning process of the plant will be developed.
