天麻素注射液治疗小儿偏头痛60例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨天麻素注射液治疗小儿偏头痛的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将60例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,对照组予常规口服氟桂利嗪治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用天麻素注射液。对两组在治疗偏头痛的显效率,复发率方面进行评估。结果:治疗组显效率为80.0%,对照组为56.6%,差异有显著性。治疗组在复发率方面明显低于对照组,两组不良反应无显著差异。结论:天麻素注射液治疗小儿偏头痛安全有效,值得临床推广使用。Objective： To discuss clinical effects and safety of Tianmasu injection on pediatric migraine. Methods： 60 patients with migraine were randomly divided into two groups （the treatment group and the control group）. 30 cases in the treatment group were treated with Tianmasu injection plus routine treatment; while 30 cases in the control group were given flunarizine. Rate of marked improving and relapse were observed and evaluated. Results： The total efficiency in the treatment group （80.0%） was higher than that （56.6%） in the control group, and the relapse rate in the treatment group was obviously lower than the control group and there was no differences in adverse reaction. Conclusion： Tianmasu injection is safe and effective, and worthy of clinical promotion.
