摘 要:目的分析泥巴样胆囊结石的成分并探讨其形成机制。方法 2009年11月-2013年7月对38例患者的泥巴样胆囊结石进行研究,傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)分析结石成分;光学显微镜观察并分析结石的微观形态。结果 38例患者B超检查结果显示:30例为胆囊结石(78.95%),6例为胆泥(15.79%),2例为泥沙样结石(5.26%)。38例泥巴样胆囊结石FTIR分析判定为碳酸钙结石;其中28例(73.68%)为文石型,6例(15.79%)为方解石型,4例(10.53%)为方解石-文石混合型。光镜下主要见各种形态的碳酸钙结晶;其中有15例检出华支睾吸虫卵,检出率为39.47%。结论泥巴样胆囊结石是一种碳酸钙型结石。【Objective】To analyze the main components of mud-like gallbladder stones and explore its formation mechanism.【Methods】From November 2009 to July 2013, the mud-like gallbladder stones from 38 patients were studied by light microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR). 【Results】Totally 38 patients were examined by ultrasonography and the results showed that 30 patients were with cholecystolithiasis(78.95%), 6 patients were with sludge(15.79%), 2 patients were with muddy stones(5.26%). The results from FTIR analysis showed that all the mud-like gallbladder stones from the 38 cases were calcium carbonate stones among which stones from28(73.68%) were aragonite-type, from 6(15.79%) were calcite-type, from 4(10.53%) were aragonite-calcite mixed type. Various kinds of calcium carbonate crystals were seen by light microscopy, and Clonorchis sinensis eggs were detected in 15 of them, the detection rate was 39.4%. 【Conclusions】Mud-like gallbladder stone is a type of calcium carbonate stone.
