摘  要:专业硕士教育是今后我国大力扶持和积极引导发展的重点。当前,国内各高校对专业硕士教育研究主要集中于教育理论和培养模式的探讨,缺少对培养质量评价指标的调查和研究。本文以中国计量学院工科类专业硕士为例,对整个培养过程进行剖析,分析影响专业硕士教育质量的因素,构建相应的评价指标,从师资队伍、培养方案、实践教学、学位论文等方面加以改进,切实提升专业硕士的培养质量。Professional master education will become the focus of our government to support and actively guide in the future. At present, the research on professional master education mainly focuses on the discussion of education theory and training mode. However, investigation and research on the cultivation quality evaluation index is still lack. In this paper, we analysis the whole training process and influencing factors of the professional master education using China Jiliang University engineering professional master as an example. Then, the corresponding evaluation indexes of the engineering professional master are constructed form the improved of the teaching staffs, training plan, practice teaching, thesis and other aspects. By taking these measures, the training quality of the professional master can be effectively enhanced.
