热介质锅炉盘管失效原因分析

摘　　要：热介质锅炉经过长时间运行,管壁出现污垢和结焦,影响盘管热传递以及热介质锅炉燃烧运转,从而导致盘管长时间处于过热状态,使得盘管过早地劣化破裂。为此,在分析造成曹妃甸油田FPSO热介质锅炉盘管破裂失效的各种原因的基础上,提出和制定整改措施,并对整改结果进行分析论证,以达到热介质锅炉的正常稳定运行的目的。After long time operation of the thermal medium boiler, fouling and eoking will be occurred on the tube wall, which affect the heat transfer to the coil and the combustion operation state of the boiler, resulting the coil＇s degradation and pre- mature rupture because of overheating for long time. Based on the analysis of the causes of pipe rupture failure of heat medium boiler in Caofeidian oilfield FPSO, the corrective measures are put forward and developed. The results of rectification are ana- lyzed so as to ensure the normal and stable operation of thermal medium boiler.
