脑瘫患儿不同运动功能状态对其父母生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的了解脑瘫患儿父母亲的生活质量,分析脑瘫患儿不同运动功能情况对患儿父母亲的生活质量的影响。方法 2012年3月-2013年6月,随机抽取湖南省妇幼保健院小儿康复中心的200例脑瘫患儿父母,由接受专门培训的调查者指导其填写调查表,剔除资料不完整者,确定188例符合纳入标准、并知情同意的父母为研究对象,调查脑瘫患儿不同运动功能情况对其父母亲生活质量的影响。结果不同运动功能级别患儿的父母生活质量(F=2.806,P=0.027)、日常生活差异(F=2.562,P=0.040)差异有统计学意义,Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级运动功能脑瘫患儿父母的生活质量、日常生活得分高于Ⅳ级、Ⅴ级运动功能脑瘫患儿父母的生活质量、日常生活得分。Ⅳ级运动功能脑瘫患儿父母所感到的压力得分最高(F=11.856,P=0.018);Ⅴ级运动功能脑瘫患儿父母所感到的焦虑得分最高(F=11.446,P=0.022)。结论由于现在大部分的脑瘫患儿能得到早期、全面、系统的康复治疗,其父母都能积极配合,但他们仍需要得到更多相关信息和生活上的帮助,需要全社会的关注,尤其是Ⅳ级、Ⅴ级运动功能脑瘫患儿的父母,需要更多精神心理和政策的支持。Objective To investigate the quality of life of parents of children with cerebral palsy（ CP）,and to analyze the influence of different motor function states of these children on the quality of life of their parents. Methods Two hundred parents with CP children were randomly selected from Pediatric Rehabilitation Center,Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Hunan Province during March,2012 through June,2013. The investigators who received special training guided these parents filling the questionnaire. According to the enrollment standard,188 parents were enrolled in this study. We analyzed the impact of different motor function states of CP children on the quality of life of their parents. Results There were statistically significant differences in the quality of life（ F = 2. 806,P = 0. 027） and daily life（ F = 2. 562,P = 0. 040） among the parents having CP children with different motor function states. The scores of quality of life and daily life were higher in the parents having CP children with I,II or III motor functions than in the parents having CP children with IV and V motor functions. The score of pressure of the parents having CP children with IV motor function was the highest（ F = 11. 856,P = 0. 018）. The score of anxiety of the parents having CP children with V motor function was the highest（ F = 11. 446,P = 0. 022）. Conclusions Nowadays,most children with CP can be treated systematically in the early stage and their parents can cooperate actively,but they still need more related information and help in daily life and more attention from the society,especially the parents having CP children with IV and V motor functions,who need more mental and policy supports.
