关于药物化学教材中“结构非特异性药物”概念的探析

摘　　要："结构非特异性药物"和"结构特异性药物"是本科药物化学课程学习的基本概念,随着分子生物学、细胞生物学的发展,人们对药物作用方式有了更深入的研究,对于一些历史概念的重新诠释有着重要的价值和意义。通过查阅现有的多版本药物化学教材中有关"结构非特异性药物"概念的描述,探寻"结构非特异性药物"概念产生的历史渊源,分析不同类型的"结构非特异性药物"作用方式的最新研究成果,给出更为清晰的"结构非特异性药物"概念的描述。该文探析、完善了本科药物化学教材中"结构非特异性药物"的基本概念。Structural nonspecific drugs and structural specific drugs are the basic concepts in textbook of Medicinal Chemistry for undergraduate students. With the development of Molecular Biology and Cell Biology, mechanisms of drug action have been studied more deeply. It has important value and significance for the reinterpretation of some historical concept. Through consulting the description of the concept of structure nonspecific drug in multiple versions of Medicinal Chemistry textbook, exploring the historical primary sources of the concept of structure nonspe- cific drug, and analyzing the latest research results about the action mode of different types of structure of nonspecific drug, a more clear description of the concept of structure nonspecific drug has been applied. This paper explored and improved the basic concept of structure nonspecific drug in textbook of medicinal chemistry for undergraduate students.
