摘　　要：杨贤江是我国无产阶级教育理论的开拓者,进步青年的"坚毅导师"。他所构建的"全人生指导"教育观,核心是培养以改造社会、追求人类幸福为人生旨归的全面发展的革命青年,主张教育者要对青年进行全面的指导,并对他们的终身负责。探究杨贤江"全人生指导"思想的内涵及价值,对高校辅导员培养完人、调查研究青年问题、培养学生树立社会主义道德信仰、开展休闲教育具有重要的启示意义。Yang Xianjiang was regarded as a pioneer of proletarian educational theory and the gritty tutor of the youth in China. The kernel of the“Whole Life Guidance”was to foster revolutionary youth whose life goal was changing society and pursuing human happiness. To study the meaning and the significance of the “Whole Life Guidance” is of great help to the contemporary university counselors in studying the problems of youth, fostering the belief of socialistic morality for students and developing leisure education.
