摘　　要：我国当前会计人员继续教育的培训模式主要有两种:传统的集中面授模式和创新的网络模式。网络模式为会计人员的终身学习提供了一个很好的平台,只有持续不断地创新,才能应对知识经济带来的各种挑战。通过对山东省继续教育模式的分析,总结出网络模式较传统模式的优越性,阐述了山东省会计人员继续教育的创新模式。At present, there are mainly two kinds of training models in continuing education for accountants ： the traditional class instruction model and the innovative online teaching model. The latter provides accountants with an excellent platform for their lifelong learning. However, only by innovation continuously can we cope, with the challenges of knowledge economy. In thi,; article, the advantages of the online teaching model in comparison with the traditional class instruction model are concluded by analyzing the further education model of Shandong Province and the innovation patterns of further education are stated.
