摘 要:基于各种交通方式的效用特性和居民的广义成本,构建了居民出行的广义成本最小化和交通效用最大化的双目标优化模型,并从土地利用、建设规模、交通需求、环境容量和交通工具拥有量等方面提出了相关的约束条件。利用模糊数学对双目标优化模型进行求解。以温州中心城区为例对模型进行应用。结果表明,优化后的交通结构能够体现居民出行广义成本最小的原则,且满足整个交通系统交通效用最大原则,同时也对温州市区推动建设轨道交通M1、M2线有积极的参考价值,符合温州市区的实情。The traffic system in this paper refers to the passenger transportation system and the optimization goal of city passenger transportation system was analyzed. Based on the utility characteristics of each traffic mode and residents' generalized cost,the double-goal optimization model,in which the first goal is to maximize the transport utilities and the second goal is to minimize the residents' generalized cost,was established. The associated constraints included land use,the scale of construction,traffic demand,environmental capacity,number of traffic vehicles,etc. The double-goal optimization model was solved by using the fuzzy mathematics.Wenzhou central district was taken as an example for model application. The results showed that the optimized traffic structure could reflect the minimum generalized cost principle of resident trip,which also had a positive reference value in promoting the construction of Wenzhou urban rail transit lines M1,M2,and conformed to the situation of the city.
