浅谈旋压成形工艺设备的技术改进

摘　　要：本文阐述了旋压成形技术和设备在制桶工业中的具体应用,具体介绍了旋压工艺的工作原理及特点;对钼铁桶缩口工艺中出现的质量问题,分析根源并对旋压设备进行技术改造,获得了较好的效果。This article demonstrates the specific applications of spinning forming technology and equipment in iron drum industry,and shows the characteristics and working principle of spinning forming Based on analizing the quality problem of the molybdenum iron drum,we reform the equipment in technical sides,and it proved with better effect in the application.
