膜联蛋白A5在不同临床分期结肠癌患者中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的检测膜联蛋白A5(Annexin A5)在结肠癌患者外周血清中的含量及癌组织中的表达以及临床意义。方法收集81例结肠癌患者外周血清和35例正常人外周血清,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清中Annexin A5的含量;取本组结肠癌患者的癌组织81例,运用免疫组织化学法检测Annexin A5在癌组织中的表达情况。结果 TNMⅢ/Ⅳ期的结肠癌患者血清Annexin A5含量高于TNMⅠ/Ⅱ期和正常人,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Annexin A5表达与淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。Annexin A5在结肠癌癌组织中主要表达于肿瘤细胞或间质细胞胞浆,并随结肠癌TNM分期升高其阳性表达率逐渐升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清Annexin A5含量与结肠癌组织Annexin A5表达相关,其阳性检出率明显高于癌胚抗原阳性检出率(P<0.05)。结论结肠癌患者血清Annexin A5的含量与癌组织Annexin A5表达相关,与结肠癌的分期、转移等临床病理学指标密切关联,具有一定的潜在诊断价值。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of annexin A5 in peripheral serum and colon cancer tissues. Methods The blood samples of 81 patients with colon cancer and 35 normal persons were collected,and the content of annexin A5 in serum was detected by ELISA method. The corresponding colon cancer tissues were also collected for assessment of the expression of annexin A5 using immunohistochemistry method. Results The serum annexin A5 of patients with colon cancer in TNM Ⅲ /Ⅳ was significantly higher than those in TNM Ⅰ /Ⅱ（ P〈0. 05）,and was significantly correlated with lymphoid node metastasis（P〈0. 05）. Annexin A5 was expressed mainly in tumor cells or interstitial cells cytoplasm,and the positive expression rate of annexin A5 was significantly correlated with TMN grading（P〈0. 05）. The serum annexin A5 in colon cancer patients was correlated with its expression in cancer tissues,and the positive expression rate was significantly higher than that of CEA（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The serum annexin A5 in colon cancer patients is correlated with its expression in cancer tissues,TNM stages and metastasis; thus it may be useful for the clinical diagnosis of colon cancer.
