摘 要:以鱼胆草为试材,用有机溶剂法进行酚类物质的提取,并用FC比色法测定鱼胆草提取液中总酚的含量,通过L9(34)正交试验对提取时间,料液比,乙醇体积分数,提取温度等因素对鱼胆草酚类物质提取率的影响进行优化分析.实验结果表明鱼胆草酚类物质的最佳提取工艺条件为:提取时间120 min,料液比1 20 g/m L,乙醇浓度70%,提取温度60℃.在优化后的提取条件下,酚类物质的提取率高,为研究和开发鱼胆草的活性成分提供了参考.Using organic solvent method,the phenolic compounds from swertia davidi franch were extracted,and the content of phenolic compounds was determined by Folin-Ciocalteu colorimetry method. The experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of extraction time,ratio of sample to solution,ethanol concentration,and extraction temperature on the extraction rate of swertia davidi franch phenolics. The optimum extraction process of swertia davidi franch phenolics was confirmed by L9( 3^4) orthogonal experiments. The optimal conditions for extraction of phenolic compouds in swertia davidi franch were as follows: extraction time of 120 min,the ratio of sample to solution of 1 20,ethanol concentration of 70%,and extraction temperature of 60 ℃m L. Under the optimum extraction conditions,the phenolics with high extraction rate are obtained which provides references for further research on active constituents of swertia davidi franch.
