摘　　要：建立HPLC法测定阿普唑仑片中阿普唑仑的含量及含量均匀度.色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱（250×4.6 mm,5μm）,以甲醇-醋酸盐缓冲液（醋酸钠1.36 g,加水300 m L使溶解,加冰醋酸1 m L,加水稀释至1 000 m L）（55 45）为流动相,检测波长为220 nm,流速：0.8 m L·min^-1,柱温：30℃.阿普唑仑的进样浓度在为4.2-41.6μg·m L^-1范围内,线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.37%,RSD=1.12%.该方法简单快速,准确可靠,专属性强,灵敏度高.To establish a method for determination of the content and content uniformity for alprazolam tablets by HPLC. Diamonsil C18column（ 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm） was used with the mobile phase of methanolacetate buffer which composed of sodium acetate1. 36 g,added distilled water 300 m L to dissolve,glacial acetic acid 1 m L,and distilled water to 1 000 m L. The ratio of methanol and acetate was 55 45; the detection wavelength was 220 nm; at flow rate was 0. 8 m L·min^- 1; and column temperature was 30 m L. The calibration curves of alprazolam was linear in the range of 4. 2 ~ 41. 6 μg·m L^- 1,respectively. The average recovery was99. 37 %,RSD = 1. 12 %. The method is simple and fast,accurate and reliable,specific,and high sensitivity.
