摘 要:目的建立工作场所空气中丙酮、丁酮、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、苯、甲苯、二甲苯的毛细管气相色谱同时测定方法。方法工作场所空气中的被测有机物经活性炭管吸附,二硫化碳解吸后进样,经FFAP(30 m×0.53 mm×1.2μm)色谱柱分离,初始柱温60℃,保持0 min,以10℃/min的速度升至120℃,保持2 min,分流比:20∶1,氢焰离子化检测器检测。结果所测9种化合物在7 min内能有效分离,定量分析呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999;各组分方法检出限在0.19μg/ml^0.54μg/ml之间;加标回收率在97.5%~104.5%之间。结论该方法分离效果好,操作简便,结果准确度和精密度好,适用于工作场所空气中丙酮、丁酮、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、苯、甲苯、二甲苯的同时测定,大大地提高了检测工作的效率。Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of acetone,butanone,ethyl acetate,butyl acetate,benzene,toluene and xylene in air of workplace by capillary gas chromatography.Methods The target organic compounds in workplace air was collected by activated carbon tube and desorbed with CS2for injection,then separated with FFAP glass column(30 m × 0.53 mm × 1.2 μm).The primary column temperature was set at 60 ℃,then elevated to 120 ℃ at10 ℃/min and kept 2 min,the split rate was 20 ∶ 1.Hydrogen flame ionization detector was finally used for detection.Results Nine compounds were separated from each other very well within 7 min.Good linearities were obtained by quantitative analysis.The correlation coefficient of the nine compounds were all above 0.999,the limits of detection were between 0.19 μg/ml~ 0.54 μg/ml,and the recoveries were between 97.5% ~ 104.5%.Conclusion The method exhibited better separation effect,easy operation,good precision and accuracy.It is suitable for determination of acetone,butanone,ethyl acetate,butyl acetate,benzene,toluene and xylene in air of workplace simultaneously and has greatly improved the detection efficiency.
