摘 要:利用舟山六横海水淡化厂排放的浓海水作为进水,在附近盐场开展了滩晒制盐的试验,考察对比了浓海水和普通海水滩晒制卤过程中各步卤水浓度、制卤量的变化,并对原料盐质量进行了分析检测。结果表明,浓海水制卤过程中受原有低浓度卤水的影响,各步卤水浓度有一个稳步上升的过程,浓度稳定之后,各步制卤浓度均有所提高,制卤周期较普通海水制卤明显缩短,每公顷制卤量增加28.10%,原料盐中氯化钠含量、粒度指标明显高于普通海水制得原料盐,质量得到明显提升,卫生指标也符合食用盐标准。A salt producing in solar salt-ponds test was studied by emission of concentrated seawater in saltern near the seawater desalination plant in Liuheng Zhoushan. The brine concentration of every step and the volume of saturated brine were investigated and compared in brine producing in solar salt-ponds by concentrated seawater and ordinary seawater. The quality of raw salt was analyzed. The results showed that brine concentration of every step had a steady rise affected by the original low concentrations brine in brine producing in solar salt-ponds by concentrated seawater. The brine concentration of every step increased after a steady concentration. The brine producing cycle was shortened and the brine volume increased 28. 10% than ordinary seawater. Content of sodium chloride,particle size of raw salt were significantly higher than that of producing by ordinary seawater. Salt quality had improved significantly and health indicators met the standard for food grade salt.
