中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的临床观察利用氨基水杨酸制剂、肾上腺糖皮质激素等西药联合中药汤剂治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效.方法随机选取110名溃疡性结肠炎患者,治疗组60例,对照组50例.治疗组给予氨基水杨酸制剂、肾上腺糖皮质激素等联合中药汤剂治疗,对照组只给予氨基水杨酸制剂、肾上腺糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂治疗.结果治疗组总有效率95%,对照组总有效率76%,治疗组有效率明显优于对照组,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎能够提高其治疗效果,毒副作用低,可临床推广使用.Objective To study clinical effects in the treatment of ulcerative colitis by the amino salicylic acid preparations and adrenal glucocorticoids combined with Chinese medicine. Methods We selected 110 cases of ulcerative colitis and divided into treatment group（60 cases） and control group（50 cases）randomly. In the treatment group,we gave the amino salicylic acid preparations and adrenal glucocorticoids combined with Chinese medicine. In control group,we gave the amino salicylic acid preparations and adrenal glucocorticoids. Results The efficacy of treatment group is 95%,the one of control group is 76%（P〈0. 01）. The efficacy of treatment group is obviously superior to that of control group. Conclusion The combining traditional Chinese and western medicine to treat ulcerative colitis is effective and worthy to be used widely.
