摘　　要：为了促进休闲体育专业的良性发展,本文采用文献资料、逻辑推理等研究方法,厘清专业与培养方向、就业岗位与培养方向之间的关系,得出了人才培养方向直接影响休闲体育专业的存在和发展,合理的休闲体育专业人才培养方向应该体现三大特征,(1)以市场需求为导向;(2)有区域性;(3)整合资源,提高培养层次。In order to promote the benign development of leisure sports professional,the use of literature,logical reasoning and other research methods,and clarify the professional training direction,jobs and cultivate relationships between the direction,the direction of personnel training directly affect the leisure sports professional existence and development,reasonable leisure sports training direction should contain three elements 1,take the market demand as the guidance,2 regional characteristics,improving training level 3 integration of resources.
