摘  要:目的研究乳腺癌组织单克隆鼠抗人ki67、多克隆兔抗人cerbB-2、单克隆鼠抗人p53、单克隆鼠抗人nm23表达与淋巴结转移的关系。方法利用免疫组织化学EnVision染色检测60例乳腺癌标本中ki67、cerbB-2、p53、nm23的表达水平,分析ki67、cerbB-2、p53、nm23表达与淋巴结转移的关系。结果乳腺癌淋巴结转移组共34例(56.67%),其中ki67阳性表达24例(70.58%),cerbB-2阳性表达14例(41.48%),p53阳性表达20例(58.85%),nm23阳性表达22例(64.71%);无淋巴结转移组共26例(43.33%),其中ki67阳性表达10例(38.46%),cerbB-2阳性表达4例(15.38%),p53阳性表达8例(30.77%),nm23阳性表达24例(92.30%),淋巴结转移组ki67、cerbB-2、p53阳性表达较无淋巴结转移组明显增高(均P<0.05);nm23阳性表达较无淋巴结转移组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌组织中ki67、cerbB-2、p53、nm23的表达可作为乳腺癌淋巴结转移潜能的判断指标之一。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of ki67,cerbB-2, p53 and nm23 and lymph node metastasis in breast carcinoma.Methods The expression of ki67, cerbB-2,p53 and nm23 was detected by using immunohistochemical EnVision method in 60 breast carcinoma specimens.The relationship between ki67,cerbB-2,p53 and nm23 expression and lymph node metastasis was analyzed.Results Among the 34 cases of lymph node metastasis(56.67% of the 60 cases),the positive ki67,cerbB-2,p53 and nm23 expression was found in 24(70.58%),14 (41.48%),20(58.85%)and 22(64.71%),respectively.Among the 26 cases of non-lymph node metastasis(43.33% of the 60 cases),the positive ki67,cerbB-2,p53 and nm23 expression was found in 10(38.46%),4(15.38%),8(30.77%)and 24(92.30%),respectively.Compared with non-lymph node metastasis group,the expression of ki67,cerbB-2 and p53 increased but the ex-pression of nm23 decreased in lymph node metastasis group(P <0.05).Conclusion The expres-sion of ki67,cerbB-2,p53 and nm23 can be used as an indicator for judging lymph node metastasis in breast carcinoma.
