摘　　要：《魏源师友记》的文献学价值有三个方面:魏源研究检索工具书;中国近代史人物研究参考书;独特的地方文献藏书。The literature value of Weiyuan Shiyou Ji lies in three aspects： the retrieval reference book on Weiyuan＇s studies; the reference book for studies on figures in modem history of China; and a unique local literature collection.
