摘　　要：目的:探讨家庭功能对首次发病的精神分裂症患者服药依从性的影响。方法:采用家庭功能评定量表(FAD)对108例首次发病的精神分裂症患者进行服药依从性良好和服药依从性不良进行评定和比较分析。结果:108例首次发病的精神分裂症患者中,44例(40.74%)服药依从性良好,患者主动服药,不需要他人督促;64例(59.26%)服药依从性差,需他人反复督促,否则经常自行停药或减药。服药依从性良好患者的家庭功能总分及各项因子分均低于依从性差患者。结论:提高患者家庭功能有助于改善精神分裂症患者的服药依从性。Objective:To explore effects of family function on drug compliance of first-episode schizophrenic patients. Meth-ods:According to family assessment device ( FAD) , the drug compliance of 108 cases with first-episode schizophrenia were exam-ined, compared and analyzed. Results:Among the 108 cases, 44 (40. 74%) cases had good drug compliance, and they actively took medication and did not need others to supervise;while 64 (59. 26%) cases had poor drug compliance, and they needed others to re-peatedly urge to take medication, otherwise they will stop taking or reduce the drug. The scores of family function and each factor in the patients with good drug compliance were lower than those of those with poor drug compliance. Conclusions:Raising the patients' fami-ly function contributes to promote drug compliance.
