摘　　要：企业创新的本质是知识创新,知识创新的基础是企业所拥有或能够调动的知识资源及其多样性;获取外部知识和挖掘隐性知识是知识创新的关键,知识协同是实现知识创新的核心机制。Web2.0应用具有平台特性、知识资本特性和知识协同特性;Web2.0应用将提升企业对外部知识的获取能力和对隐性知识的挖掘能力,本质上是增强企业对内外知识资源的调动和整合能力,并通过知识协同有效促进知识创新的实现。The essence of enterprise innovation lies on knowledge innovation and the basis of knowledge innovation is knowledge resources and diversity possessed by enterprise. It is the key for knowledge innovation to obtain external knowledge and excavate implicit knowledge, and knowledge collaboration is the core mechanism for knowledge innovation. With the characteristics of platform, knowledge capital and knowledge collaboration, Web 2. 0 application will promote enterprise＇ s capability to obtain external knowledge and excavate implicit knowledge so as to essentially promote the integration ability of external and internal knowledge resources and realize knowledge innovation by knowledge collaboration.
