教育质量视角下的高等工程院校科学发展水平探析

摘　　要：高等教育的科学发展是经济社会科学发展的先决条件和客观要求。通过对高等工程院校科学发展的复杂、多维、动态等特点分析,能够建立工程院校科学发展水平评价的五维度模型:促进社会发展能力状况、促进经济发展能力状况、科学研究能力状况、文化传承能力状况、人本建设发展状况,以及以"综合水平、速度、效率"为核心的三维度测度模型,进而形成高等工程院校科学发展水平评价及反馈体系。Scientific development of high education is a prerequisite condition and the objective requirement for the economic and social science development. Through the analysis of the complex, multidimensional and dynamic characteristics for the science development of high engineering colleges,we establish a five- dimension evaluation model of science development level for the engineering colleges： to promoting social development ability,promoting economic development ability,scientific research ability,cultural inheritance ability, humanistic construction development ability. We also derive a three- dimension measure model（ comprehensive level,speed,efficiency） to evaluate and analyze the scientific development level. An evaluation and feedback system of development connotation level is established.
