摘　　要：目的探讨斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液联合参芪扶正注射液对晚期恶性肿瘤患者生活质量的影响。方法 60例晚期恶性肿瘤患者随机分为两组,对照组30例,给予参芪扶正注射液,同时给予对症及营养支持治疗;治疗组30例,给予参芪扶正注射液+斑鳌酸钠维生素B6注射液连用21 d,间隔1周后重复使用,28 d为1个疗程。两组患者共完成3个疗程后进行评估。结果治疗组与对照组患者在Karnofsky体力状况评分、体质量、生活质量评分变化等指标的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组患者1年生存率略高于对照组,不良反应发生较少。结论斑蝥酸钠维生素B6和参芪扶正注射液联合使用能明显改善晚期肿瘤患者的生活质量,效果优于参芪扶正注射液单药,不良反应少,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the quality of life（ QOL） of the patients with late malignant tumor after treatment of sodium cantharidinate and vitamin B6 injection combined shenqi fuzheng injection.Methods A total of 60 patients with late malignant tumor were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in control group,given shenqi fuzheng injection（ Lizhu group production,250 ml / bottle） 250 ml intravenous drip. 1 time per day,and at the same time give symptomatic and nutritional support treatment; 30 cases in treatment group,on the basis of the above,plus sodium cantharidinate and vitamin B6injection（ Guizhou boqiang pharmaceutical co. LTD. Each containing sodium cantharidinate and vitamin 0. 05 mg,1. 25 mg,vitamin B65 ml）,250 ml of 0. 9% sodium chloride injection added in 40 ml,1 time a day. Application for 21 d,repeated use after 2 wk,28 d for 1 course of treatment. After 3 course,two groups patients were evaluated. Results The change of Karnofsky performance status score,the difference of the index such as body weight,QOL score was statistically significant between treatment group and control group（ P〈0. 05）. 1-yr survival rate in treatment group is slightly longer than that in control group,and adverse reactions were less in treatment group. Conclusion Sodium cantharidinate and vitamin B6 injection combined shenqi fuzheng injection can significantly improve the QOL of patients with late malignant tumor,and the effect is better than that of ginseng and astragalus righting injection single-agent,less adverse reactions,is worthy of clinical promotion.
