摘 要:目的探讨HLA-DQB1等位基因与寻常型银屑病的关联。方法采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)/序列特异性引物(SSP)技术检测30例汉族寻常型银屑病患者和同一地区无血缘关系的健康汉族人群228例的HLA-DQB1等位基因。结果寻常型银屑病患者组中DQB1*0602等位基因频率比对照组明显增高(P<0.01,RR=3.24),而DQB1*0303和DQB1*0601等位基因频率均低于对照组,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论寻常型银屑病与DQB1*0602等位基因的关联,可为揭示寻常型银屑病发病的免疫遗传学机制提供新线索。Objective To study the correlation between psoriasis vulgaris( PV) and HLA-DQB1 allelic gene. Methods HLADQB1 allelic genes were detected by means of polymerase chain reaction / sequence specific primers( PCR / SSP) in 30 PV patients and 228 without-kinship healthy Chinese. Results The frequency of DQB1* 0602 allelic gene was obviously higher in the PV patients than in the healthy controls( P〈0. 01,RR = 3. 24). The frequencies of DQB1* 0303 and DQB1* 0601 allelic genes were both lower in the PV patients than in the healthy controls,but the differences did not reach significance. Conclusion PV and HLA-DQB1* 0602 allelic gene are genetically related each other,which provides a new clue to comprehend the pathogenic mechanism of PV.
