摘 要:目的:探讨对导医护士进行综合管理的实施效果。方法:2013年1月至2013年12月期间对导医护士实施常规管理,将100例门诊患者划分为对照组,2014年1月至2014年10月期间对导医护士实施综合管理,将100例门诊患者划分为观察组,比较两组患者的就诊满意度。结果对照组和观察组患者的就诊满意度总分分别是:(67.7±2.5)、(88.8±1.9),P〈0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论:综合管理可以提高门诊患者的就诊满意度,值得推广和应用。Objective To explore the implementation of the comprehensive management of Guiding nurses effect. Methods Between January 2013 and December 2013 for Guiding nurses during routine management, could be divided into control group, 100 cases of outpatients in January 2014 to October 2014, during the implementation of integrated management, the Guiding nurses could be divided into observation group, 100 cases of outpatient's compare two groups of patients satisfaction. Results The control group and observation group of patients with clinic satisfaction scores are respectively: (67.7 ± 2.5), (88.8 ±1.9), P 〈 0.01, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Integrated management can improve the outpatient clinic satisfaction, worthy of popularization and application.
