摘 要:目的:探讨P53蛋白和MGMT蛋白在子宫内膜癌和正常子宫内膜组织中的表达差异以及其表达水平与子宫内膜癌病理特征的相关性。方法:分析2012年9月~2014年1月在内蒙古医科大学附属医院妇产科住院接受手术治疗的60例子宫内膜癌患者的临床资料。采用免疫组化SP法检测P53蛋白和MGMT蛋白在手术切除的子宫内膜癌标本中的表达,并选取60例子宫内膜正常的妇女作为对照组。比较P53蛋白和MGMT蛋白在子宫内膜癌与正常子宫内膜组织中的阳性表达率,并探讨P53蛋白和MGMT蛋白阳性表达与子宫内膜癌临床病理特征的相关性。结果:P53蛋白和MGMT蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的阳性表达率均高于正常子宫内膜,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=25.60,P〈0.05;χ2=5.275,P〈0.05)。P53蛋白阳性表达率与淋巴结转移(χ2=9.818,P〈0.05)及肌层浸润深度(χ2=12.23,P〈0.05)有相关性;MGMT蛋白阳性表达率与淋巴结转移(χ2=14.67,P〈0.05)和肌层浸润深度(χ2=16.90,P〈0.05)也有相关性。结论:P53蛋白和MGMT蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的阳性表达率明显升高,且与患者的病理特征有着密切的相关性。Objective: To explore the differences of P53 protein and MGMT protein expressions in endometrial carcinoma and normal endometrium and the relationship with pathological features of endometrial cancer. Methods: The clinical data of 60 endometrial cancer patients treated with surgery in the hospital from September 2012 to January 2014 was analyzed. Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expressions of P53 protein and MGMT protein in resected endometrial cancer specimens; 60 women with normal endometrium were selected as control group. The positive expression rates of P53 protein and MGMT protein in resected endometrial cancer and normal endometrium were compared; the correlation between positive expression rates of P53 protein and MGMT protein and clinicopathological characteristics of endometrial cancer was analyzed. Results: The positive expression rates of P53 protein and MGMT protein in endometrial cancer were statistically significantly higher than those in normal endometrium( χ2= 25. 60,P 0. 05; χ2= 5. 275,P 0. 05). The positive expression rate of P53 protein was correlated with lymph node metastasis( χ2= 9. 818,P 0. 05) and the depth of myometrial invasion( χ2= 12. 23,P 0. 05); the positive expression rate of MGMT protein was correlated with lymph node metastasis( χ2= 14. 67,P 0. 05) and the depth of myometrial invasion( χ2= 16. 90,P 0. 05). Conclusion: The positive expression rates of P53 protein and MGMT protein in endometrial cancer increase significantly,which are closely correlated with pathological features of endometrial cancer patients.
