婴幼儿配方乳粉中脂肪酸的种类和质量分数分析

摘　　要：抽样购买市售10种不同品牌的国产和进口婴幼儿配方乳粉,采用气相色谱法测定其中脂肪酸组成,了解和分析目前国产乳粉与进口乳粉脂肪酸的差异。研究结果显示:本研究所采集样品均符合国家相关标准。在脂肪酸组成种类上,国产婴幼儿配方乳粉中的脂肪酸种类要多于进口婴幼儿配方乳粉。在脂肪酸质量分数上,进口婴幼儿乳粉所检出的各种脂肪酸质量分数大部分高于国产婴幼儿乳粉中脂肪酸的质量分数。10 different brands of commercially available domestic and imported infant formula and follow-up formula milk involved in the research. The fatty acid profiles in infant formulas were determined and analyzed by gas chromatography（GC）. The difference of fatty acid between the formulas showed domestic infant formulas have more kinds of fatty acids than those of imported. Whereas various fatty acids in imported infant milk are detected mostly higher than in domestic infant milk. And all the products involved in the research meet the national standards of China.
