摘　　要：自尊是个体在社会比较过程中获得的有关自我价值的积极评价与体验。自从自尊的概念被提出以来,自尊的研究就一直受到心理学家们的重视,成为心理学研究的一个重要领域。自尊对个体的认知、情绪、心理健康和个性发展均有着重要的影响。通过对以往的研究进行分析、归纳和总结,结果发现:对自尊的研究主要集中在概念、结构、发展特点、测量及其与心理健康的关系等方面,其中自尊的结构和自尊与心理健康关系的研究是自尊研究的重点。本文从这五个方面对不同时期自尊研究所面临的主要问题及所取得的重要研究成果进行梳理,在把握自尊整体发展脉络的基础上力图对自尊未来的发展趋势进行展望。Self-esteem is positive comments and experiences caused by social comparison.Since the concept of self-esteem was proposed,the study of self-esteem has been attached importance by psychologists and become an important area of psychological research.Self-esteem can affect individual＇s cognition,emotion,mental health and personality.Based on analysis,introduction and summary of previous self-esteem research,results indicate that these researches mainly focus on five aspects including self-esteem＇definition,structure,developmental characteristics,measurement and the relationship with mental health.The structure of self-esteem and the study of relationship between self-esteem and mental health are the focus in the study of self-esteem.This paper introduces the main problems and important achievements of selfesteem in different periods from the five aspects.Based on a review of self-esteem researches,aprediction of the future trends in this field is suggested.
