摘　　要：目的探讨Snail和Twist在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测194例乳腺癌组织和60例乳腺腺瘤组织中的Snail和Twist蛋白的表达,分析其表达与临床病理参数及预后的相关性,并分析二者表达的相关性;同时采用Real-time PCR法检测20例乳腺癌组织和20例乳腺腺瘤组织中Snail和Twist mRNA的表达,并分析二者表达的相关性。结果 Snail和Twist蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达明显高于乳腺腺瘤组织(P<0.05)。Snail的表达与乳腺癌组织学分级、组织学类型、TNM分期及淋巴结转移密切相关;Twist的表达与乳腺癌组织学分级、组织学类型、淋巴结转移及三阴性乳腺癌关系密切。Snail和Twist高表达的患者预后明显差于低表达的患者(P<0.05),二者具有显著正相关性(P<0.05)。结论 Snail和Twist乳腺癌组织过表达与组织学分级、组织学类型等临床病理参数密切相关,提示乳腺癌预后不良,二者表达呈正相关性。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Snail and Twist in human breast cancer. Methods The expression of Snail and Twist in 194 cases of breast cancer and 60 cases of breast fibroadenoma was detected by immunohistochemistry, the relationship of Snail and Twist expressions with clinicopathological parameters and prognosis was analyzed. Meanwhile, the expression of Snail mRNA and Twist mRNA in 20 cases of breast cancer and 20 cases of breast fibroadenoma was determined by Real-time PCR. Results The expression levels of Snail and Twist proteins and mRNAs were significantly higher in breast cancer tissue than in the breast fibroadenoma. The expression of Snail was closely correlated with histological grade, histological type, TNM stages and lymph node metastasis（P 〈0.05）, and the expression of twist was closely correlated with histological grade, histological type, lymph node metastasis and three negative breast cancer. The patients with high expression of Snail and Twist have worse prognosis than the patients with low expression（P〈0.05）, with significant positive correlation between Snail and Twist expressions in breast cancer（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The overexpression of Snail and Twist in breast cancer was closely correlated with clinical pathological parameters and with worse prognosis.
