肠内营养液中不同含量的膳食纤维对应激性高血糖患者血糖的影响

摘　　要：目的比较肠内营养液中不同含量膳食纤维对应激性高血糖的影响。方法将90例应激性高血糖患者随机、双盲分成百普力组,佳维体组以及伊力佳组(n=30),分别于1、2、3、4、5、6、7 d测量和记录各组别患者空腹血糖、管饲肠内营养液后2h餐后血糖以及治疗期间每天胰岛素用量,并采用一般线性模型的重复测量方差分析对组别、时间等因素以及组别×时间之间进行比较和分析。结果空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和胰岛素用量组间差异显著(P<0.05),而不同时间测量的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖和胰岛素用量不存在组间差异且组别×时间的交互作用不存在差异。结论不同含量膳食纤维的肠内营养液对应激性高血糖患者的血糖有明显改善作用。OBJECTIVE To compare the effect of different contents of dietary fiber in enteral nutritional suspension on blood glucose of patients with stress hyperglycemia. METHODS A total of 90 patients with stress hyperglycemia were equally randomly divided into 3 groups： peptisorb group（ n = 30）,jevety group（ n = 30）,and glucerna group（ n = 30）. In the 3 groups,fasting plasma glucose（ FPG）,2 h postprandial blood glucose（ 2 h PG） and insulinum dosis（ PGI） were continuously measured on 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 d. Variance on different group,different time and different group×time were analyzed by repeated measures of general linear model.RESULTS The FPG,2 h PG and PGI were significantly impacted by peptisorb group,jevety group and glucerna group（ P〈0. 05）,but the FPG,2 h PG and PGI which were determined in different time had no difference between peptisorb group,jevety group and glucerna group,and the interaction of group×time had no difference. CONCLUSION The effect of different content dietary fiber in enteral nutritional suspension could significantly impacted on blood glucose of patients with stress hyperglycemia.
