摘  要:通过单一因素模拟分析高地隙自走式喷雾机板件冲压成形,研究其冲压模具间隙△、凹模圆角半径r、摩擦系数f和拉延筋高度h四因素对喷雾机板材冲压成形的影响。同时针对实际生产中喷雾机板件成形的缺陷,确定其最主要影响因素,并进行四因素三水平正交实验,得出拉延筋高度h是影响冲压成形的最主要因素,在实际生产中要对其严格控制;其次为模具间隙△;最后是凹模圆角半径r和摩擦系数f。为了提高冲压形质量应采用△3r2f3h3的工艺组合,这为实际生产提供了一定的理论指导。Based on single factor simulation analysis, the influence of the four stamping process parameters, such as stamping die clearance, matrix radius, frictional coefficient and draw bead height on the high clear- ance self-propelled sprayer plate was studied. Meanwhile, aimed at stamping defects in actual production and determined the main influence factor, and according to the four factors level orthogonal experiment was carried out. Concluded that the main factor was draw bead height and should be controlled in actual produc- tion, the second factor was die clearance, the last was matrix radius and frictional coefficient. With techno- logical combination of/k3r2f3h3 to improve stamping quality, and provided theoretical direction for the actual production.
