摘　　要：广东省专业镇中小微企业服务平台建设起步于2000年,至今已发展13年,由于数据的复杂性,目前针对该服务平台发展现状的定量研究不系统。在文献和理论研究的基础上建立评价广东省专业镇中小微企业服务平台绩效的四方面内容:镇域外环境、镇域内环境、需求响应、服务质量,并结合2001—2013年广东省专业镇服务平台的统计数据进行定量分析。研究表明:广东省专业镇中小微企业服务平台的发展卓有成效,走在全国前沿;但也发现了服务平台存在重复建设、发展模式单一、协同作用弱的问题。Science and technology service platforms in Guangdong professional towns started in 2000 and have been develo- ping for 13 years. Due to the complexity and security of the data, the quantitative research on the situation of service plat- forms is not systematic. Given this, this paper evaluates the platforms＇ performance from four aspects： the external envi- ronment of professional towns, the internal environment of professional towns, demand response, and service quality. More- over, the paper carries on the quantitative analysis according to the survey data. The main result is as follows： science and technology service platforms in Guangdong professional towns perform effectively and keep ahead in China. Unfortunately, the result also shows three problems： redundant construction, simple developing models and weakly synergy.
