摘 要:学界较少关注进城务工人员的就业选择。运用前景理论和社会资本理论,分析了进城务工人员的择业行为。理论分析表明,行业风险程度和社会网络质量决定了个体的就业选择。运用Logit模型实证分析了就业风险和社会资本对进城务工人员的部门选择的影响。研究表明,就业风险是就业选择的重要影响因素,亲朋乡邻等传统关系网络对务工人口就业选择行为具有正向影响,但由于网络质量水平不高,务工人员所凭借的传统网络对于其职业上行流动帮助不大。Little attention is paid to the employment choices of the migrant workers by the academic circles. This paper applies the prospect theory and the social capital theory to analyze the job choosing behaviors of the migrant workers. The theoretical analysis indicates that the degree of industrial risks and the quality of social network can determine the job choices of the individual migrant worker. It then employs the logit model to analyze empirically the influence of employment risks and social capital on the sector choices of the migrant workers. The results show that employment risk is an important factor affecting the employment sector choices. The traditional networks, such as rela- tives, friends and neighbors, have a positive impact on the employment choice behaviors of the migrant workers. However, because the quality of the network is not good enough, the traditional net- work that the migrant workers rely on is of little help in assisting their professional upward moving.
