摘 要:目的应用干涉光断层扫描(OCT)对特发性黄斑脉络膜新生血管(CNV)偏心注视患者的注视性质进行检查。方法收集2013年7月至2014年3月在沈阳市第四医院眼科门诊就诊的单眼特发性黄斑部CNV偏心注视且注视比较稳定患者20例。用蔡司CirrusHD—OCT对注视点及病灶进行扫描,应用蔡司Cirrus HD-OCT利用黄斑程序分析系统计算偏心注视点距离黄斑中心凹的距离。结果20例患者中心凹下均有CNV,OCT扫描见色素上皮层与脉络膜毛细血管层增厚,反射增强,注视点位于病灶旁的视网膜;注视点在黄斑中心凹正上方者6例,颞上象限8例,鼻上象限6例;颞下象限、鼻下象限未出现。注视点距离黄斑中心凹的平均距离为(1152+296)μm,偏心距离范围为571-1735μm。结论蔡司Cirrus HD-OCT是一种对注视性质有效地检查方法,可以较精确地确定出偏心注视点的位置及黄斑中心凹的距离。Objective To evaluate the fixation of idiopathic choroidal neovascularization with ec- centric fixation by comparing the OCT. Methods Twenty idiopathic choroidal neovascularization pa- tients with eccentric and stable fixation were selected in this study. OCT was used to study the fixa- tion. The distance between the position of the fixation and the fovea by the scan line and visual tar- get in the OCT were calculated. Results Position of the fixation was on the healthy retina. Under fo- vea the CNV was found. Position of the fixation in 6 patients was in retina right above the fovea, 8 patients in retinal supertemporal quadrant, 6 patients in supemasal retinal quadrant, none in intranasal retinal quadrant, or in infratemporal retinal quadrant. The average distance from the fovea and the posi- tion of the fixation was 1152+296 m. Conclusions OCT is an effective measure to study the fixa- tion. The distance between the position of the fixation and the fovea can be more accurately calculated.
