小儿鸡胸的多层螺旋CT分型及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的：探讨小儿鸡胸的多层螺旋CT表现，对其进行分型，并探讨其临床意义。方法收集经临床诊断并行 CT 检查的鸡胸患儿资料19例，对其表现进行总结及分型。结果胸骨斜行前凸型11例，最常见，其次是胸骨弧形前凸型6例，胸骨前凸成角型及鸽胸较少见，各1例。结论多层螺旋 CT 可以全面、准确显示患儿鸡胸的形态改变，为临床治疗方法的选择提供依据。Objective To analyze the CT manifestation and types of pectus carinatum,and its clinical significance.Methods CT data of 1 9 children with pectus carinatum were collected and analyzed retrospectively.The CT features of pectus carinatum were di-vided into 4 types according to the characteristics of the sternum.Results There were 1 1 cases of type 1 （oblique protrusion）,6 ca-ses of type 2 （arc-shaped protrusion）,1 case of type 3 （protrusion with angle）and 1 case of type 4 （pouter pigeon chest）,respective-ly.Conclusion Multislice helical CT can fully and accurately displayed the morphological change of pectus carinatum,which is useful for the choice of the treatment.
