摘　　要：目的：介绍一种大鼠颈外动脉插管的技术改进方法，并详述其操作细节。方法用敷料镊带条纹的内面凹槽固定大鼠颈外动脉，使用手术刀纵形切开血管，并借助前端斜口将聚乙烯导管插入动脉腔内，随即结扎固定导管。结果采用改良技术后大鼠颈外动脉插管的成功率较高且操作时间短。结论镊子固定法行大鼠颈外动脉插管，操作简单易行、无须使用专用显微器械。Objective To introduce the technical improvement for external carotid artery catheterization in rats,and to describe the operation details.Methods We use the inner groove of the dressing forceps to stablize the external carotid artery,incide the blood vessel longitudinally using bistoury,and insert polyethylene catheter into the artery cavity through the oblique cusp,then ligate the suture to fix the catheter.Results The successful rate was higher and the operation time was shorter using the improvement method of the rat carotid artery catheterization.Conclusion The operation is simple when using the dressing forceps fixation of the external carotid artery catheterization,and the special microsurgical instruments are not necessary.
