摘  要:以密胺树脂为壁材,采用原位聚合法对芯材氢氧化铝进行微胶囊包覆.以缩聚温度、时间、转速、芯壁比以及p H值为考察因素,以微胶囊的粒径为考察指标,通过SPSS软件设计L16(45)正交试验,并进行方差分析和单因素统计分析,得出密胺树脂包覆氢氧化铝的较优工艺条件是:缩聚温度70℃,时间60 min,搅拌速度1200 r·min-1,芯壁比2.0,p H值5.0.环境扫描电镜表征显示该工艺条件下氢氧化铝已被密胺树脂完全包覆,且形貌较好.The microencapsulated ATH were prepared by the method of in site polymerization with ATH as core,melamine-formaldehyde resin( MF) as shell. Selecting poly-condensation temperature,time,stirring speed,the ratio of core to shell and p H value as investigation factors,and the size of microcapsules as investigation index,the analysis of variance and single factor statistics were made by L16( 45) orthogonal design with SPSS. The optimum of condition of ATH microcapsule particles coated by MF resin was as follows: poly-condensation temperature was 70 ℃,time was 60 min,stirring speed was 1200 r·min- 1,the ratio of core to shell was 2. 0,and p H was 5. 0. Morphology of microcapsules containing ATH under optimum conditions was characterized by environment scanning electron microscope( ESEM),which showed that ATH powers were coated completely.
