摘　　要：肥胖及肥胖相关疾病(如糖尿病、心血管疾病、肿瘤、骨质疏松等)已成为危胁人类健康的主要问题所在。富含半胱氨酸的酸性分泌蛋白(secreted protein acidic and rich in cysteine,SPARC)主要来源于脂肪组织,并与胰岛素抵抗、糖尿病及糖尿病肾病等有关。文中就SPARC的抗细胞黏附、调节细胞增殖、调节组织分化和胚胎发育的分子生物学特性以及与肥胖和肥胖相关疾病的最新研究进展作一综述。Obesity and obesity-related diseases have become the main threat to human health. Acid secreted proteins that are rich in cysteine mainly derived from fat tissue,and are associated with insulin resistance,diabetes and diabetic nephropathy. This review summaries molecular biology features such as resistance of cell adhesion,regulating cell proliferation,tissue differentiation and embryonic development and the latest research progress of its role in the obesity and obesity related diseases.
