摘　　要：心本管理是中国传统文化引导中国式管理的最新发展趋势。阐述了心本管理理论,探讨了少数民族地区高校图书馆的心本管理,对图书馆员管理和读者管理两个方面实施心本管理进行了论述。ABSTRACT：The heart-based management is the newest development trend of Chinese-style management guided by Chinese traditional culture. This paper expounds the theory of the heart-based management, probes into the heart-based management of university libraries in ethnic minority areas, and discusses the heart-based management implementing in two aspects of librarian management and reader management.
