摘　　要：针对模具应用技术本科在实验教学中存在的问题,引入交互式模具虚拟实验系统开发设想。基于UG6.0软件,构建交互式模具虚拟实验系统,学生通过模具结构的功能演示、虚拟拆装实训、虚拟运动仿真、虚拟实验评价模块,可以快速提升学生对模具知识的理解和应用能力,实现了互动式实验教学,可推广应用于模具教学培训。Aiming at the existing problem in application undergraduate experimental teaching of mould technology,this paper introduces interactive mould virtual experiment system development ideas. Based on software UG6.0,interactive mould virtual experiment system is built. Through mould structure function demonstration,virtual disassembling training evaluation module,virtual movement simulation, virtual experiment,students can promote the mould knowledge and application ability. The interactive experimental teaching is realized, and can be applied in the mold teaching training.
