摘　　要：作为提高全民族素质、增强全社会国防观念的国防教育,应把握时代发展趋势,强化海洋权益教育,增强当代大学生自觉维护祖国海洋权益的意识。National defense education, a way to improve the quality of the whole nation and to enhance social defense concept, should grasp the pulse of the trend of world development and social progress. Maritime rights education in national defense education should be strengthened. Maritime rights and interests have an active role in promoting education to enhance the national defense concept.
