摘　　要：目的:分析基层医院护士职业素养低下的原因并提出相应对策。方法:通过查阅文献分析基层医院护士职业素养低下的原因及解决对策。结果:基层医院护士职业素养低下的原因主要有护理人才资源不足、结构不合理和流动性大。结论:只有加强政策引导,改善护理人才结构和减少流动性,才能提高护士职业素养,增加病人满意度。Objective： To analyze causes of low professional qualities of nurses in basic level hospitals and propose the strategies.Methods： The method of literature research was adopted to explore the causes and strategies. Results： The main reasons for the low professional qualities of nurses in basic level hospitals are shortage of nursing talents, unreasonable structures and talent flow.Conclusion： Only by enhancing the policy guidance, improving structures of nursing talents and reducing talent flow can the professional qualities of nurses and patient＇s satisfaction level be raised.
