深埋地下车站双岩柱开挖方法的模拟研究

摘  要:基于新建京张铁路八达岭地下车站超大跨的特点,研究其大埋深和大跨度开挖时采用双岩柱法的围岩和支护力学性能。车站埋深达75m^110m,跨度43.87m,高度21.7m,长度495m,断面面积为857.1026m2,如此大的地下车站在国内尚属首例,世界罕见。采用大型非线性有限元软件ABAQUS模拟计算双岩柱法开挖和支护全过程,得出每一开挖步围岩应力,锚杆轴力,衬砌应力,围岩变形的力学参数。计算结果表明,岩柱在开挖过程中发挥了充分的作用,对围岩应力,拱顶沉降起到了非常好的作用,使得地表沉降控制在合理的范围内,说明设计方案比较合理,双岩柱法在较好的围岩中对施工具有快捷和维护围岩稳定的作用。Based on the characteristics of large-span Badaling underground station of the new Beijing-Zhangjiakou Railway,the mechanical behaviors of the rock and support during double rock column excavation of ultra-deep large,complex structural systems were studied.The station has a depth of up to 75m^110m,span of 43.87m,height of 21.7m and length of 495m with a cross-section area of 857.1026m2,such a large single-span underground station is the first case in the country and rare in the world.The entire process of excavation and shoring is simulated by using large-scale non-linear finite element software ABAQUS and the parameters such as the rock stress,bolt axial force,lining stress and surrounding rock deformation at each excavation step are obtained.The results show that the rock column in the excavation process has played a positive role to the surrounding rock stress and the vault subsidence,the settlement is in controlled range,indicating that the design is reasonable,the double rock column excavation played a role to protect the stability of surrounding rock in construction.
