内镜治疗30例老年急性胆管炎临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨内镜下十二指肠乳头括约肌切开术(EST)和内镜下鼻胆管引流术(ENBD)治疗老年人急性胆管炎的疗效。方法分析2010年4月至2014年2月30例老年急性胆管炎内镜治疗的疗效和并发症。结果内镜引流成功率93.3%,取石成功率86.7%,并发症发生率33.3%,无死亡病例。结论内镜治疗老年急性胆管炎安全性高,但如何降低并发症、保护乳头肌功能仍有待完善。Objective To explore the curative effect of elder paitients with acute cholangitis treated by EST associate with ENBD.Methods A total of 30 cases elder patients with acute cholangitis from April 2010 to February 2014 were chosen and performed with EST associated with ENBD.Then the effect and combining symptom were statistically analyzed.Results The draining successful rate was 93.3%,the successful rate of calculus removed technique was 86.7%,and the complications rate was 33.3%,respectively.No dead case was found during the hospitalization.Conclusion The safety of elder patients with acute cholangitis treated by EST associated with ENBD is high.But how to reduce the complications and protect the Oddi sphincteric action remains to be perfect.
